Diversity Committee
A passionate and diverse team of attorneys and administrators meets frquently to review diversity goals and initiatives and align internal efforts and policies firmwide.
The activities of the Diversity Committee include:

Launching recruitment efforts at various National Black Law Student Association (NBLSA) events;

Actively recruiting at Council on Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) job fairs; and

Employing a nationally known expert in diversity analysis to identify, address, and help implement diversity goals within the firm.
The Firm's Diversity Committee consists of: Jerome Watson, Beverly Hall Burns, Michelle Crocket, Mack Faison, Michael Fayz, Richard Gaffin, Leonard Givens, Kenneth Konop, Marta Manildi, Kevin Moody, Elizabeth Needleman, Sally Roschek, Rivka Schochet, Kevin Smith, Richard Walawender and Mary Wassel.
