Timothy Sochocki has spent most of his career at Miller Canfield representing hospitals and other health-care providers in obtaining financing for capital assets through the use of tax exempt bonds and representing governmental entities in obtaining capital financing for public low-income housing projects.

Although primarily acting as bond counsel in such financings, he has also served as health-care counsel and underwriters counsel on numerous transactions. Tim has also been involved in drafting amendments to numerous state bonding statutes.
